I am Weimeng Ding, a software engineer working across web applications, internal systems, and developer tools.
Background
At LeasePLUS Group, I contribute to the internal work platform and My+ Web, and independently developed My+ Portal. My earlier experience includes the Rank Agent platform at Sensor Dynamics and full-stack application development at SkillShift.
I studied Information Technology at Monash University, completing a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree.

What connects my work
I am interested in the work between an interface and the systems behind it: data modelling, permissions, background jobs, and making failures understandable.
My own projects explore that work in different settings: property management, email automation, offline mobile records, and context tools for AI coding agents.
How I work

- Keep data access and automated actions explicit.
- Document constraints, trade-offs, and what has actually been checked.
